It seems as though much of the world has been seeing the winter weather that we can only hope for, so we hope that all of you out there are enjoying the deep powder days and good times with your friends. January is always a great month to get out and ski a bunch and for those involved in competitions, this is when it all starts happening.

Safe Touring in the Backcountry to all of you out there this week and good luck to all that will be competing in the next few weeks, our good thoughts go out to you all!

  • Freeheel Athletes getting ready for Big Alpine Competitions – Many of the top freeheel skiers are gearing up for some of the largest competitions in the ski world. FHL Team riders Erin Young, Ty Dayberry & Josh Madsen are all preparing for major slopestyle competitions where they will be the only freeheel athletes competing. Keep an eye out for them in the Queens Cup Open, the Vermont Open & US Open respectively. We wish them all the best!
  • Falling Forward Films heads out on the road with a strong crew, including Austin Corry, Cody Smith, Josh Madsen, & Max Mancini to get some filming done.
  • FHL Team Rider Erin Young Competed this past weekend in the Young Guns Open @ Copper Mountain, CO. She was the only Freeheel Athlete to compete out of 80 guys and 10 girls.
