How do I return an item?

Returns - We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

New Merchandise

We accept returns of new merchandise for refund, exchange, or store credit; please contact us within 10 days of delivery at to receive a return authorization number; we will not accept returns without this. 

Items must be in original, unused condition.

If there is an error on our part (item is damaged/defective or otherwise incorrect), we will cover return shipping by sending you a prepaid label and ship an exchange item, if desired, for free.

If an item isn't the right size, you don't like the color, or just plain change your mind, items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with return shipping covered by you. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order was free shipping and the return item(s) result in your original order total being less than $200, there may be a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping costs associated with the returned items only. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about this for specific items.
*Please note in all situations, we are not responsible for the returned items being lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit so please use care when packing and choose a tracked method and insurance if desired.

Used Gear

All used gear purchases are final sales - no returns or exchanges are accepted. Used gear is sold as-is with no warranty/guarantee. Please check out the photos and call or email us with any questions prior to purchase - we would love to provide additional info and/or photos if needed!
