How do I return an item?
Items must be in original, unused condition.
If you feel a used item you received was misrepresented in any way,please contact us t o discuss a return!
We accept returns of new merchandise for refund, exchange, or store credit; please contact us within 10 days of delivery at team@freeheellife.com to receive a return authorization number; we will not accept returns without this.

If an item isn't the right size, you don't like the color, or just plain change your mind, items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with return shipping covered by you. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If your order was free shipping and the return item(s) result in your original order total being less than $200, there may be a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping costs associated with the returned items only. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about this for specific items.
*Please note in all situations, we are not responsible for the returned items being lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit so please use care when packing and choose a tracked method and insurance if desired.
