Binding Information: Black Diamond's classic, time tested O3 binding is designed to crush lift serviced terrain and to tour for those who don't mind a little bit of resistance. Stainless-steel, 1-piece toe box and variable-height toe riser design provide a natural and solid boot interface for power transfer. Under-the-boot cable routing serves up a progressive flex and keeps the springs away from your edges.

The O3  also is interchangeable with three stiffness cartridges: the Freeflex, Midstiff, and Ridstiff

Small size fits <26.0 Mondo. Standard size fits >26.0 Mondo.
