SHIPPING

We appreciate you supporting our shop and offer a variety of shipping options from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Most orders are shipped the following business day, sometimes even the same day. However, things can come up so if you need your order by a certain date, please include that in the order notes and choose an appropriate shipping method so we are aware and can ship/contact you to get it there on time!

Rates quoted in the cart are provided directly from USPS and sometimes errors can occur, showing the shipping as higher or lower than it actually is.

If your shipping costs are calculated incorrectly, we will contact you via email (and/or phone if in the U.S.) to let you know the difference in cost and either provide a refund, request additional funds, or offer alternate shipping methods. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping costs are calculated incorrectly low but will not do so without first contacting you to present other options.


You can quote shipping by adding items you're interested in to the cart and entering the requested address information. We are happy to provide an exact quote to you before purchase if you have issues with that (just email us) and refund overages after purchase if it ends up being less than what you were charged!


Domestic Shipping
Orders $75 and over always qualify for FREE shipping!*

USPS First Class Mail is typically the least expensive option and is available for orders 13 oz or less.

For orders over 13 oz or faster/tracked options from USPS we offer:
Standard Post (2-8 business days)
Priority Mail (1-3 business days; included insurance up to $50)
Priority Mail Express (guaranteed overnight to most locations; included insurance up to $100)

Insurance for First Class/Standard or additional for Priority/Express is available at an extra cost. Please contact us before checkout or put a note in your order so we can send you a link to purchase the desired insurance.

We are currently not listing UPS shipping options. If you prefer UPS, we are happy to accommodate. Please contact us with your complete address and the items you'd like to order and we'll provide a quote before purchase.

If you're in the Salt Lake City area or plan to be, you can order online and choose free store pick-up when we are open for the season (October through mid April).

*Select the 'free shipping' option at checkout and your order will be sent USPS or UPS Ground at our discretion.

International Shipping

We love shipping internationally!

Please know you are responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by your country at Customs.
We unfortunately cannot mark the package as a 'gift' or other designations to avoid these fees.
We always include a copy of your invoice that lists all the items and their corresponding costs to make the process smoother.

USPS First Class International Mail is the least expensive shipping option, available for orders under 4 lbs and $400 USD in value.
Orders shipped via USPS First Class International Mail do not have guaranteed tracking; once they leave the U.S. we are not always able to check their status since they are no longer with USPS. Sometimes tracking is still available via the destination country's postal service. 
First Class packages are not insured against damage or loss.
Average delivery time is 1-3 weeks but some orders can take up to two months to arrive.


*****We or USPS cannot be responsible for held or lost packages once they arrive in the receiving country and are passed off to Customs/the local postal service. We recommend watching the tracking and contacting your local postal service to make sure you're aware of the procedure for paying duties/taxes and receiving your package to avoid issues with delivery.*****

If you prefer a faster/tracked/insured shipping method, you can choose USPS Priority Mail International (usually 6-10 business days) or Priority Mail Express  (usually 3-5 business days; select countries have a money back guarantee). Both services include insurance up to $200; more can be added for an additional cost.
