Returns - We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
New MerchandiseWe accept returns of new merchandise for refund, exchange, or store credit; please contact us within 10 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number; we will not accept returns without this.
Items must be in original, unused condition.
If there is an error on our part (item is damaged/defective or otherwise
incorrect), we will
cover return shipping by sending you a prepaid label and ship an exchange item, if desired, for free.
If an item isn't the right size, you don't
like the color, or just plain change your mind, items can be returned for
refund or exchange with return shipping covered by you.
If your order qualified for free shipping and the return item(s) result in your original order total being less than $75, there will be a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping costs associated with the returned items only.
*Please note in all situations, we are not responsible for the returned items being lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit so please use care when packing and choose a tracked method and insurance if desired.
