So now that I'm back from New Zealand, I've had a chance to reflect on the whole trip. First off... That is a freakishly long way to travel for just five days in the country.

Secondly... It is such an amazing place that I would recommend anyone who has the chance to go there, even if it's just for one day.

Finally... Although the competition didn't go nearly as well as I would have liked, it was amazing simply to be there competing. We all have our off days and bad competitions, but the point is that we're still out there doing it. Here's to skiing!
